As artificial intelligence rapidly transforms sectors from healthcare to finance, the need for robust AI governance frameworks has become paramount. This presentation addresses the critical components of AI governance, including ethical safeguards, regulatory alignment, risk mitigation, and data privacy. We will explore key challenges, such as bias, transparency, and the difficulty of explaining complex models to non-experts. Through real-world case studies across various industries, attendees will gain insights into effective governance practices and lessons learned. The talk concludes with strategic recommendations and emerging trends, underscoring the importance of adaptive governance to balance innovation with accountability.

This session will be valuable for industry leaders, policymakers, and technologists seeking to implement or improve AI governance practices that uphold ethical standards, foster transparency, and ensure compliance in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
