Autoliv is a world leading manufacturer within the field of automotive occupant safety systems, specialized in the design, manufacture and supply of safety systems for the automotive industry, particularly safety belts, airbags, and steering wheels with tens of thousands of suppliers. With the support from Advisense, the project 2024-2026 aimed to create visibility, trust, and resilience in complex value chains.
The presentation will highlight how organizations can group suppliers using BIA, setting risk-based requirements, follow-up methodology, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure shared digital resilience with the use of standard processes, frameworks, third-party risk tools as well as AI agents. Supply chain security safeguards manufacturing operations from cyber threats, ensuring the integrity of systems, data, and third-party vendors. A breach can disrupt production, compromise intellectual property, and lead to costly downtime, making proactive security essential.
