Rebecca Ford

Staff CTI Analyst Lead

Rebecca Ford is a Staff CTI Analyst who leads a global CTI program within a large enterprise environment. With over 18 years of experience in cybersecurity and intelligence, including supporting U.S. government missions focused on APAC and North Korean cyber activity, she focuses on translating complex threat landscapes into clear, actionable insights that inform decisions and reduce risk.

Beyond her professional work, Rebecca is passionate about giving back: volunteering her time to support veterans and their families transitioning to civilian careers and educating senior communities on scams and cybercrime.

Most CTI begin with a focus on tracking threats, IOCs, and producing reports, but often struggle to demonstrate real business value with stakeholders.

This session shares lessons learned from building and maturing a CTI program from the ground up – going from a reactive function into a strategic capability that informs decisions, reduces risk, and expands across the enterprise.

Through practical, real-world examples, this talk walks through the key inflection points in CTI maturity from early-stage challenges to scaling intelligence through relationships, metrics, and storytelling. Attendees will leave with actionable insights on how to transform CTI into a function the business depends on and most importantly…trusts.
