Mari Grini

is an accomplished cybersecurity and technology leader, currently heading the Competence Centre for Security Infrastructure and Connectivity at Equinor.

She brings extensive leadership experience from leading organizations including Equinor, Telenor, and IBM Security, as well as roles in the finance and retail sectors.

Her expertise spans information security governance, cybersecurity leadership, digital infrastructure, secure agile development and secure cloud transformation. Mari is also a contributor in the Nordic cybersecurity community and a board member i Cloud Security Alliance Norway Chapter.

Selina Demi

Senior Cyber Security Analyst, Equinor

Selina is a cyber security professional with expertise in cyber security architecture and cyber risk management. She holds a PhD in blockchain technology and has a background in computer science. Currently, she works as a Cyber Risk Analyst at Equinor.

Given that misconfigurations are among the top causes of cyber incidents, how do we ensure that thousands of assets, from cloud to OT assets, are securely configured and stay that way? This presentation shares the story of Equinor’s cyber initiative that turned security configuration management from ad-hoc practices into a standardized, automated, and monitored capability.

This presentation is for cybersecurity professionals, IT architects, and risk managers who want to move beyond manual checklists and audits, and instead build scalable, enforceable, and business-aligned security configuration programs.
